Ear and Balance Center
We provide comprehensive care for hearing health, ear disease, dizziness and vertigo in both children and adults. Our experienced team offers advanced diagnostic services, including full vestibular testing, to accurately identify the cause of balance and hearing disorders. We take a personalized approach to treatment, combining medical and surgical expertise to restore function and improve quality of life. Whether managing chronic ear conditions, sudden hearing loss or complex balance disorders, our goal is to help every patient regain confidence, stability and optimal hearing.
Pediatric ENT Center
Our Pediatric ENT clinic provides comprehensive care for children from birth through adolescence, with a focus on both medical and surgical treatment tailored to every stage of development. We care for newborns with feeding difficulties requiring neonatal frenulectomy and evaluate early hearing concerns. As children grow, we treat common conditions such as ear infections, hearing loss, allergies, breathing problems and recurrent tonsil infections. Our surgeons also manage ear tube placement, tonsil and adenoid enlargement, and pediatric sleep apnea, ensuring compassionate, family-centered care to help your child breathe, hear and thrive.
Sinus Center
Our Sinus Center provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients of all ages—from children to the elderly—who suffer from sinus and nasal conditions. We carefully investigate both medical and structural causes of symptoms using a complete assessment that may include allergy testing, evaluation for immunodeficiency, and in-office CT imaging. Our team offers advanced treatment options, including comfortable in-office sinus procedures with little to no downtime and without general anesthesia. For more complex conditions, we provide full sinus surgery using state-of-the-art navigation technology for enhanced precision and safety. We also offer minimally invasive treatments for nasal obstruction and chronic nasal drip, working collaboratively with allergists and your other physicians to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Sleep Center
Our Sleep Center provides comprehensive care to diagnose and treat all forms of sleep-disordered breathing. We perform thorough airway evaluations to identify the underlying cause of sleep apnea and offer convenient sleep studies to confirm the diagnosis. Our team prescribes and manages CPAP therapy, working closely with respiratory therapists to provide same-day troubleshooting and equipment adjustments whenever possible. We also offer oral appliance therapy and a full range of surgical options, including advanced procedures such as the Inspire® Upper Airway Stimulation implant when appropriate.

Thyroid & Parathyroid Center
Our Thyroid and Parathyroid Center provides expert care for patients with thyroid nodules, goiters, thyroid cancer, parathyroid adenomas and hyperparathyroidism. Our surgeons bring decades of combined experience and specialized training in thyroid and parathyroid surgery. We offer convenient in-office ultrasound and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsies, allowing patients to receive complete evaluation and diagnosis without needing to go elsewhere.
Dr. Hosai Todd Hesham and Dr. Liesl Nottingham are also the only private practice ENT physicians in the region offering advanced minimally invasive treatments such as thyroid radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation for appropriately selected thyroid nodules.

Our center is led by Dr. Anju Patel, a fellowship-trained laryngologist and former Harvard Medical School faculty member, dedicated to the precise diagnosis and treatment of complex voice, airway and swallowing disorders. We are especially attuned to the needs of professional voice users while providing comprehensive, compassionate care to every patient we serve.
